Main Accountabilities
1.Review and verify the customer's contract terms and conditions before contract is signed 在合同签署之前审核合同条款
2.Help sales to analyze risk exposures in the contract 帮助销售分析合同中的风险点
3.Get acquainted with company policy and control order handling process 熟悉公司政策并控制订单处理流程
4.Book contract terms and conditions in SAP timely and accurately 及时准确地将合同信息输入SAP
5.Confirm delivery plan with customer before production schedule is fixed 生产前与客户确认交货计划
6.To receive on-site inspecting customers 协调相关部门接待来厂监造的客户
7.Control account receivable and reduce overdue 控制应收账款并减少逾期欠款
8.Coordinate internally relevant departments and customers to mitigate finish goods 协调相关部门及客户减少产成品库存
9.Coordinate relative functions once problem occurs during contract execution 协调相关部门解决合同执行中发生的问题
10.Cost management 成本管理
11.Accomplish business targets set by company 完成公司业务指标
职位要求：
1. Bachelor degree above
2. 0~2 yeasr working experience in project management
project analysis
3.Team player with strong negotiation skills, professionalism and the
work independently
4.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
